260 - Developing new models for supporting Teacher Professional Development (TPD)

What this challenge is about

This Challenge will work with leading providers of teacher training in Ghana to develop a ‘proof-of-concept’ in which groups of teachers study online together, in their setting, meeting each week to discuss the activities, the course content, and how to apply the ideas to their practice. This research drive a Professional Learning Communities (PLC) within the participating schools, providing valuable experience and learning for school leaders and teachers about how PLCs can be enacted and experienced.
