45 - Sustainable and ethical lithium-ion battery supply chains

This Challenge aims to create a sustainable and ethical electric vehicle (EV) battery supply chain. The four aims of this interdisciplinary Challenge are to increase public understanding of the growing demand for EVs, improve corporate performance of battery technologies, provide more sustainable livelihoods for communities affected by mineral extraction, and improve the governance of EV battery technologies.
