Cultures of Listening in Crisis: enhancing professional listening to children and adults in situations of need or risk

This Challenge aims to develop a tool called "dark listening" that allows individuals working in complex high-stakes multiagency contexts to collaboratively and anonymously review and reflect on their listening experiences/practices. By improving communication and collaboration in these challenging contexts, this Challenge aims to create a safer and more effective working environment for social workers.
